Data you Share with us

We will not sell or share names, email addresses, or any other information collected with any other organizations or companies. We may use your personal information to contact you in the future. You will only be contacted directly (through email, or phone) by your state’s Italian Greyhound rescue volunteers. Your state’s rescue representatives may add you to their Italian Greyhound Rescue email lists, but this website does not automatically add your email address to any email lists when you submit one of our web forms.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Images uploaded through our web forms are stored in a secure location, but are automatically emailed to your state’s rescue representative.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged into that website.

Who we share your data with

Our form submissions are automatically forwarded to the Italian Greyhound rescue representative in your state. We do not share data with anyone outside of Italian Greyhound Rescue.

How long we retain your data

If you submit a form on our website, the data and images you submit are retained indefinitely.

Website administrators and your state’s area rescue representative can view your submitted information.

What rights you have over your data

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor form submissions may be checked through Google’s reCAPTCHA automated spam detection service. You can read Google’s reCAPTCHA privacy policy by clicking the Privacy – Terms button floating at the bottom right of all web form pages on the website.
